Welcome to Purpose by Design, Meetings and Events (PBD)—where passion, purpose, and innovation come together to create meaningful and transformative experiences. As we celebrate five years of success, we proudly reflect on a journey rooted in service, resilience, and intentional growth.

While Purpose by Design marks five years in business, our strength is powered by a team with over 27 years of combined professional experience in event management, staff augmentation, and federal grant and peer review support. That depth of experience allows us to deliver with confidence, precision, and impact.
